02.02.2010 - Overland continues on route. Kilometer after kilometer the vegetation is starting to get greener. The convoy is now not far off Faranah and they hope to arrive at the frontier with Sierra Leone within the next few hours.
29.01.2010 - The expedition has left the capital of Mali, Kamgaba and is pointing towards Kankan which is one of the most important cities in the east of Guinea. The petrol fill up was more complicated than expected but the convoy is now back on the route.
23.01.2010 - The expedition has now left the capital of Mali Tombouctou. After safely crossing the impressive River Niger (not without a few difficult moments considering that the 6 special vehicles crossed the river boarded on 2 barges that had certainly seen better days) the expedition headed off towards the village of Douanzan.
