Twitter is a social networking and microblogging service that was created in 2006. It enables users to have a profile page which can be updated with short (140 characters) messages (called "tweets"), shorter than SMS (160 characters). Subscribers of Twitter can follow tweets by mobile phone, smartphone or computer so they recieve micro information and updates regarding the Spencer universe.
