Board Straps
Universal safety belts for spine boards
The belts restrain the patient’s movements, they are all adjustable and easy to apply,
thanks to quick-release buckles and thanks to Velcro® fastening systems. They are realized
with a 50 mm [1.96 in] polypropylene tape and a finishing top treatment.

Fix Board
Wall mounted fastening system for spine board
The continuos development in the design of ambulance preparation and in the new solutions for technical-aesthetic construction, has compelled the industry to use high performance, innovative fastening systems. Spencer is aware of the problems in anchorage
for spine boards, and is therefore able to follow this evolutionary process in an operative
way. The answer is Fix Board, to anchor in a safe, silent and quick way the spine board.

Ranger Board
Foldable trolley for the transport of a spine board
A casualty rescue doesn’t always occur in the area next to the rescuer’s vehicle parking space. For this reason it is necessary to have something to ease the rescuer’s job, and at the same time helps the patient. Ranger Board is an excellent device, safe, handy for
short distance or long distance transport, on the road or ground. Built in highly resistant aluminium, it is distinguished by a new folding system of the wheels’ forks, that allows it to be much more compact and easier to place on rescue vehicles. The choice of wheels with a wider diameter and built with an elastic polymer optimises the absorption of mechanical stress, caused by uneven grounds. The fastening of most spine boards on the
market to the trolley is obtained by a simple movement.

Spine Pack offers a wide range of advantages, its low weight helps transportation and
warehousing, and is also beyond every expectation. The secret is to obtain the highest number of devices in a small place, endorsing at the same time a correct immobilization. The bag realized in tear-proof Spentex® allows positioning of equipment in separate spaces that are easy to find:

The bag is made of a bigger space for the spine board and a new warehousing system
for the other devices in the outside part, protected by a flap closed by zipper. Handy to
carry, thanks to a handle and a balanced shoulder strap; two strong rings fastened on
the posterior part allow to hang it to the wall. Easy to find also in dark areas thanks to its reflective tape and its intuitive icons.

Maxxis
Universal floatation inflatable system
Maxxis is composed of two inflatable collars, which are fastened to the spine board
to guarantee the victim’s survival while cushioning movement. They are designed
for professional rescuers and for the victims that are fastened to the spine boards, who
must be protected from drowning. They are realized in tear-proof double-layered polyurethane,
complete with a one-way mouth inflatable valve and a universal strap system that adapts to all spine boards on the market. Maxxis helps to keep the victims head lifted and to keep the body in a position that can be rotated, guaranteeing hence the patient’s survival. It ensures:
- correct volume on the abdominal-thoracic area to guarantee body sustaining
- correct volume of the collar behind the nape, to keep the head out of the water
- belts that immobilize the object and prevent loss; the inguinal strap is fundamental
