An integrated distribution, contact and anchorage system
The Pop module for medical gas distribution is basically composed of two units which have distinctive but complementary functions. The collector is forged entirely in aluminium and even though there is nothing particular in its shape, it is one of the strong points of the product. The front panel is the contact system and at the same time the connecting system between the various modules and the ambulance wall.The system has been developed and dedicated to ambulance builders
The main characteristic of this system, developed by Spencer’s own technicians and
engineers, is the ease of use and installation. We introduced an inedited blocking system which adapts to different weights, dimensions and wall thickness. An ergonomic device-ambulance interface has been developed where simplicity has been accentuated to a maximum so that production costs and the safety of installation are optimised. The Pop system offers an easy individualization of the commands and they are the best solution for installations which in addition to performance need maximum protection also from water and dust.
The collector is the heart of the system. Manufactured in aluminium using a precision moulding technique which permits the formation of a compensation chamber in which the interception valves are collocated. The attachment thread of the respective modules are machine tooled.
The Pop modules are fixed to the ambulance wall with an inedited, secure, automatic and
patented system.
The fixation of the module guarantees full compliance with the 1789 norms and is 10
G tested
