Universal floatation inflatable system

Maxxis is composed of two inflatable collars, which are fastened to the spine board to guarantee the victim's survival while cushioning movement. They are designed for professional rescuers and for the victims that are fastened to the spine boards, who must be protected from drowning. They are realized in tear-proof double-layered polyurethane, complete with a one-way mouth inflatable valve and a universal strap system that adapts to all spine boards on the market. Maxxis system is an essential device for all Civil Defense squads and emergency rescuers who want to optimise water rescue operations.

Maxxis helps to keep the victims head lifted and to keep the body in a position that can be rotated, guaranteeing hence the patient's survival. It ensures:
  • correct volume on the abdominal-thoracic area to guarantee body sustaining
  • correct volume of the collar behind the nape, to keep the head out of the water
  • belts that immobilize the object and prevent loss; the inguinal strap is fundamental
