QMX 777 is heat sealed waterproof mattress intended for stretchers. It is made of dual density filling material in polyurethane leather and PVC and reach a thickness of 9 to 10 cm to maximise patient support and comfort.

Cinco Mas
Cinco Mas is a compact, lightweight self-loading stretcher with 5 adjustable heights, multiple access points and four pivoting wheels of large diameter fitted with a smart locking system. It is built to improve maneuverability and carry heavier patients up to 250 kg. Cinco Mas is 10G tested when used with the Sensor Lock fastening system.
Cross up 8409
Cross Up 8409 is a multilevel self-loading trolley with detachable stretcher. The detachable stretcher can be used as a field stretcher for recovering casualties where normal stretchers cannot reach thanks to the telescopic handles that provide a secure grip and facilitate patient lifting. The Cross Up 8409 can accommodate a spine board between stretcher and trolley to save space on the emergency vehicle.
Crossover
Crossover is one of the most versatile and advanced stretcher on the market, as it can carry bariatric patients (250 kg loading capacity), reach an intermediate level, make all 4 wheels swivelling and drop or lift its front trolley to operate in confined spaces. Fitted with the Twist system, Crossover is easy to use, stable, 10G tested and convenient in cramped spaces, thanks to its shortening feature.Accessories

- It reach a thickness of 9 to 10 cm to maximise patient support and comfort.
- Reinforced holes at the bottom of the mattress help securing it to the lower part of the board through hook and loop bands.
- The single split located between the backrest and the main body of the board includes two buttonholes for a more effective fixation.
- The internal profiling of the expanded polystyrene adapts to the Fowler’s position.
- It can be washed with aggressive chemical products.
