Cinco Mas
Cinco Mas is a compact, lightweight self-loading stretcher with 5 adjustable heights, multiple access points and four pivoting wheels of large diameter fitted with a smart locking system. It is built to improve maneuverability and carry heavier patients up to 250 kg. Cinco Mas is 10G tested when used with the Sensor Lock fastening system.

CINCO MAS can be set to 5 different levels to help rescue workers to load patients onto the stretcher. Each level can be set by pulling a telescopic moulded frame easy to reach.

Accessories
STX 702
STX 702 belts can be used in ambulance or basket stretchers. They are fitted with a metal buckle for additional safety and include a reflective insert inside the fabric to increase visibility.
Oxypack
Fitted with an expansive closed cell padding to ensure protection against accidental bumps, Oxypack contains a 2 liters oxygen tank and features an additional bag with zipper closure which can host small accessories.
Oxygen Tanker
Lightweight and compact oxygen tank holder with shoulder strap which can be mounted on the side bar of Spencer’s stretchers. Its robust shell is easy to clean and provides strong protection to accidental bumps.
Fixo Kid
Fixo kid is a stretcher restraint system for paediatric patients which can be easily adjusted to safely immobilize children of different size.
DNA Straps
DNA Straps can be housed in any of our stretcher’s board and easily extracted from their re-winding reel. When not in use, they can be rewinded to avoid obstructions and protect them from dirt and grease.
DRX 550
DRX 550 is made in disposable TNT with HFW welded edges, it comes in boxes of 50 pieces.
DRX 551
DRX 551 is made in disposable TNT with HFR welded edges, it is available in green.
DRX 850
DRX 850 is made in disposable TNT with HFR, it is available in green or in boxes of 100 pieces.
End-T
Lightweight and compact, End-T can be fixed to the stretcher frame, ensuring perfect stability to any device such as defibrillators, pluri-parametric monitors and anything you need for patient care during emergency transport.
Zen
Zen offers great stability when in hyperextension, maintains the head correctly aligned and provides high comfort to the patient. Its design makes it suitable for children and adults alike. It is easy to sanitize.
Spencer Track
Spencer Track IV poles for stretchers are engineered to ensure the continuity of the infusion process during transport. When not in use, they can be folded up alongside the frame of the stretcher.
STX 90
STX 90 is an anatomic pillow with telescopic supports that can be attached to the board of Spencer’s stretchers and can be adjusted to provide the ideal neck support of patients of different sizes. Its smooth surface is easy to clean.
Spencer 570
Soft, thermoregulating, perspirant and long lasting, Spencer 570 is a blanket flame resistant.
Spencer 550
Spencer 550 is a nylon blanket with padded duvet offers heat and comfort to patients. It is high resistant to washing, and allow easy maintenance.
QMX 777
QMX 777 is heat sealed waterproof mattress intended for stretchers. It is made of dual density filling material in polyurethane leather and PVC and reach a thickness of 9 to 10 cm to maximise patient support and comfort.Compatible with
Sensor Lock
Sensor Lock is smart 10G fastening system for stretchers. The mechanism safely locks the stretcher to the ambulance floor (or board) without engaging any handle on the device itself, and increased safety for operators and patients thanks to acoustic and visual information signals to show if the stretcher is fastened / not fastened / not properly fastened. It is equipped with advanced maintenance control systems.
