Spencer Shell
Spencer Shell basket stretcher is intended for the recovery and transport of patients. It can be used for rescue operations in those cases where it is necessary to protect patients from side impacts. Its strong shell protects the patient from lateral collision, whilst handholes and eyelets allow it to be lifted or carried by multiple operators.
Twin Shell
Spencer Twin Shell is a divisible basket stretcher intended for the recovery and transport of patients. It can be used for rescue operations in those cases where it is necessary to protect patients from side impacts. This device allows you not only to possess a versatile and robust rescue stretcher but also to optimize your storage space.
BOB Galaxy
BOB Galaxy is a powered stretcher support with shock absorbing system. It is ideal to help loading and unloading any stretcher from an ambulance, since its tray can be extracted significantly and tilt up and down to be in line with the stretcher's loading height. Its compact structure is non-deformable and its tray in extruded aluminium is smooth and scratch-resistant. BOB Galaxy can also move sideways to improve the mobility within the ambulance. An intuitive control panel helps to control the device's height and activate the tilt front and back position. The shock absorbing suspension mechanism mitigates jolts or vibrations when the vehicle is moving.

Mark Up is a system for permanent personalization made of 2 shells set one against each other, joined and close together thanks to a large gasket and an ingenious, watertight, irreversible clamp, which contains a personalised plaque.
T-straps
T-Strap is a universal spider strap system for the immobilization and containment of patients onto spine boards or other devices. The strap fixation system assures simple and quick use. Once folded and wrapped together with a practical tape, T-straps find a place in all immobilization kits.
Rock straps
The Rock Straps is a universal spider strap system who allows the complete immobilization of adult or paediatric patients onto spine boards. To simplify use, the straps are colour-coded.
Pin straps
Pin Strap is a carabineer spider strap. The carabineers allow the fixing of the belt system onto the spine boards with integrated pin, but at the same time the strap system allows it to be used even without the fixing pin with it using the more traditional anchor slots.
ECS-STRAPS
ECS-Straps is a versatile crossing restraint system for immobilization to spine boards or other types of patient transportation devices both of adults and children. The safety, determined by the self-adherent strips closure, the sliding of the cross-sectional belts upon the longitudinal one and its extension will allow a better fit to the patient's body. Thanks to the small dimensions they can be placed in all emergency kits and other transportation devices.
FXA Pro
FXA Pro is a universal accessory for the immobilization of ankles. Thanks to its innovative design, its robust material and its fixation system, it can be used effectively on spine boards and also on other types of stretchers. Made of injection-moulded plastic compound, with an excellent elastic memory.
Fix Board 10G wall support
Fix Board is a fastening system specifically designed to anchor in a safe, silent and quick way the spine board. Easy to install, it comes with an intuitive opening/closing device.
Spine Pack carry bag
Spine Pack is a lightweight carry bag made in tear-proof SPENTEX that helps transportation and warehousing the highest number of devices in a small place, endorsing at the same time a correct immobilization. The bag is made of a bigger space for the spine board and a warehousing system for the other devices in the outside part, protected by a flap closed by zipper. Handy to carry, thanks to a handle and a balanced shoulder strap; two strong rings fastened on the posterior part allow to hang it to the wall. Easy to find also in dark areas thanks to its reflective tape and its intuitive icons.
Contour
Contour is an anatomic head immobilizer, studied to assure the optimum head immobilization of traumatised patients. The shape of Contour has been designed to support the brain case and minimize the compression of the cranium. The base comes with two belts to harness the device to any stretcher.
Tango Fix
TANGO FIX includes a paediatric and an adult head immobilizer (both adjustable) into a single device. PEDI FIX is the configuration for perfect head immobilisation of paediatric trauma patients, combining the PEDI GO paediatric cushion with the Tango Fix. Compatible with spine boards and scoop stretchers. The materials used for its production ensure long durability and high performance.
Super Blue
Super is a compact head immobilizer that can be used with spine boards and the pick up stretcher. The adaptability to the patient’s head is ensured by a small air cushion integrated in the support’s core. It is made of high density foam to provide durability and waterproofness.
Spectar Kit
Spectar is a multi-purpose bivalve cervical collar. The collars in this kit are unique in their genre: their shape sustains the weight of the head, their size can be adjusted with your fingers, their material minimise pressure on the carotid.
Nec York
Nec York is a one-piece cervical collar to be used to help maintain neutral alignment of the cervical spine. Available also in kit with differents sizes and colours.
Nec Up
Nec Up is a multi-size cervical collar. It is adjustable to fit multiple sizes whilst providing great cervical stability for traumatized patients: the adult model fits four sizes, the paediatric one fits three.
Nec Loc
Nec Loc is a 2 pieces rigid cervical collar for adult and paediatric patients with different neck circumference. It is fast and safe to apply and make it ideal for an effective extrication in confined spaces.
